Aside from our production process, we conduct wholesale oil purchase and sales annually at approximately 2500 tons. Primarily, we purchase wholesale oil from farmers and olive oil producers who are passionate about their work. These purchases are made in bulk, regardless of acidity levels, including extra virgin, virgin olive oil, and raw olive oils.
