Our production facility came to life in the district of Kırkağaç in the province of Manisa in 2020 and became operational in the harvest season of 2021. This modern and efficient facility has 400 square meters of indoor space and 3500 square meters of outdoor space. The production process at our facility is fed not only by our own olive groves but also by the highest quality olives from neighboring villages.

We know that we will always achieve high quality in our products. We owe this to the farmers in the region, who meticulously care for the olive trees from bud formation to every maintenance detail. Moreover, the olives are harvested either by hand or with vibration harvesters before they are fully ripe, to avoid damaging the trees and fruits. At the end of all these processes, we combine the highest quality olives from the region with our own olives, grown with great passion, and deliver them to our factory.

Once harvested, the fruits are quickly brought to our facility. After being picked from the tree, the nutritional values and antioxidants in the olives decrease over time while free fatty acids increase. Therefore, with our state-of-the-art continuous system machines capable of processing 160 tons of olives per day, we quickly and entirely produce olive oil using mechanical methods. This way, we produce healthy and delicious olive oil while preserving the intense fruity taste, aroma, and elegance of the olives. Additionally, the advantageous location of our operation near Istanbul and the fact that the region where our factory is located has the most flavorful and aromatic oils in Turkey provide significant benefits.
